Dr Natalie Cordowiner B.Med (Hons) FRACGP DRANZOG
Dr Cordowiner graduated in 1995, completed her GP training at Women’s Care and Family Practice in 1999 and never left. Her main areas of clinical interest are women’s care and child health.
In addition to her work at the surgery, she works with Dr Bill Munro at the Central Coast Obesity Clinic.
She is also on the Antenatal Shared Care Steering Committee, is a board member for the Bridges After Hours GP Service, a member of the Clinical Governance Committee for the Central Coast NSW Medicare Local, is an examiner for the RACGP (Royal Australian College of General Practitioners) and a GP supervisor.
She is mum to two lovely boys and a skilled archer, previously competing with the Paralympic Team in 2000 and 2004.
Dr Georgia Page MB.BS BSc FRACGP DCH
Dr Page graduated from Sydney University and has been working on the Central Coast since 2002.
She has many interests, particularly enjoying Women’s health,paediatrics, preventative health and men’s health.
She is dedicated to recruitment and training of future GPs. She is a medical educator for GP Synergy, regularly lecturing and supervising the GPs of tomorrow and is also an examiner for the RACGP (Royal Australian College of General Practitioners).
She is a surgical assistant for the orthopaedic team and provides on call services for victims of sexual assault at Gosford Hospital.
As well as all this, she is a mum of three children and loves to run… and run… and dance.
Dr Samantha Pethen BM FRACGP DRCOG
Dr Pethen arrived in Australia in 2008 having worked on the South Coast of the UK since 1996. She has been with this practice ever since.
She is passionate about the art of General Practice as a whole, but particularly enjoys paediatrics, adolescent medicine and chronic disease management.
She is a regular at Kanwal Bridges After Hours, and is doing sessions at Headspace, the young adult mental health service in Gosford, this year.
She is also an examiner for the RACGP (Royal Australian College of General Practitioners) and a GP supervisor.
In her spare time, Sam can be found enthusiastically cheering at the sidelines of footy fields, tennis courts and beaches, supporting her three children. She also loves to horse ride… badly.
Dr Kristen Gibbes
Dr Kristen Gibbes graduated from the University of Sydney in 2004, and moved to the Central Coast in 2006 to enjoy the beachside lifestyle with her young family. She worked in General Practice in Umina Beach until joining our practice in 2016.
Kristen is particularly interested in women’s health, chronic disease management, geriatrics and palliative care. She is an accredited Registrar supervisor and is passionate about educating future GPs.
In her spare time she loves running, swimming, camping and generally enjoying the great outdoors.
Dr David King MBBS
Dr King graduated from Sydney University and after hospital experience started work in general practice at Umina. Medical interests include chronic disease management, mental health and minor skin surgery. After 35 years at Umina he has joined Your Family Doctors at Erina and is enjoying working with the team. Outside medicine David enjoys sailing, gardening and trying to keep up with eleven grandchildren.
Dr Jill McDowell MB.BS
Dr McDowell qualified in Sydney in 1986 and moved to the Central Coast seven years later. She has been at this practice since 2001.
She is one of our Mirena inserters and is interested in contraception, management of menopause and preventative health.
Dr McDowell does sessions at the Outreach Pap Smear Clinic at Wyong and provides on call services for victims of sexual assault at Gosford Hospital.
She has three children and enjoys playing tennis and netball.
Dr Robyn Stevens MB.BS
Dr Stevens qualified in 1978 and has been on the Central Coast since 1987. She has been at this surgery since 2000.
Robyn is highly skilled in all aspects of General Practice with a particular interest in Chronic Disease Management.
Dr Elly Warren B Med Sci, MBBS (Hons), FRACGP, Grad Cert Pall Med, DCH
Dr Warren joined the practice in 2015. She developed a love for the Central Coast as a junior doctor at Gosford Hospital in 2006-8 and couldn’t resist returning with her young family to enjoy the beach lifestyle.
Elly has a Diploma of Child Health and a Graduate Certificate in Palliative Medicine. She was an Australian General Practice Registrar of the Year finalist in 2011 and won the Jeremy Bunker Award for Outstanding Achievement for her work establishing an Indigenous Health Clinic in Bathurst NSW. She now works part-time at Yerin Aboriginal Health Service in Wyong.
Dr Warren is also on the Cervical Cancer Screening program advisory committee, a member of the Central Coast GP Collaborative Unit and the ACI GP Advisory Group as well as a volunteer primary school Ethics teacher. In her spare time, she can usually be found outside somewhere, playing soccer, triathlon training or (wobbling enthusiastically) on a surfboard.
Dr Vanessa Alexander MBBS; FRACGP, Dip Child Health
Dr Vanessa Alexander graduated from The University of Adelaide in 2012 and turned to the Central Coast, where she spent most of her school years to complete her Residency and GP training. Vanessa enjoys all aspects of General Practice however her main interests include women’s health and antenatal medicine, paediatrics, mental health, and lifestyle/preventative medicine.
In addition to her work at the Practice, Vanessa works as a surgical assistant in both orthopaedics and obstetrics and gynaecology.
Vanessa is also mother to a toddler, enjoys running, scuba diving locally and playing the flute.
Dr Alison Mooney DipHE MBBS FRACGP DCH Clin Dip Pall Med
Dr Alison Mooney graduated from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne in 2008. She came to Australia to work for one year in 2010 and hasn’t left!
Alison has previously worked in Gosford and Wyong Hospitals and completed her General Practice training in Port Stephens and the Hunter Valley. She has special interest in women’s health, men’s health, sexual health, palliative care, child health and is also one of our Mirena inserters.
In her spare time, Alison loves running, hiking, reading and exploring the beautiful Central Coast.
Dr Jodie Ralph MBBS BCom
Dr Ralph is a GP Registrar who has been based in Erina since 2012. She completed her medical degree at University of Western Sydney and spent her first two years as a doctor at Gosford and Wyong hospitals.
Jodie has an interest in preventative health, especially nutrition, sexual health and management of chronic diseases.
With three children of her own, she is loving the opportunity to work with children at Your Family Doctors.

Kylie Le Strande
Kylie Graduated from Newcastle in 1993. We were very honoured when she started working with us in 2005.
She is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in many areas. She particularly enjoys wound management and advising on fitness and weight goals. She is our lead nurse in our Diabetic Clinics.
She has two children and is a very talented seamstress and artist.
Katrina made the move to General Practice three years ago, having been nursing since 1976. She enjoys all aspects of what she does and has brought many skills from her years as a surgical and community nurse. She has even shared these skills when travelling to Africa to work in an orphanage.
She is very creative, enjoying drama, art and playing the piano.
