Patients of Your Family Doctors at Erina are now able to request a routine repeat prescription or referral online via Hot Doc. Please note this service is only available for existing patients, for routine repeat prescriptions and referrals only, and with the patients’ regular doctor. There is an online fee charged for each request. The practice is still providing ‘script only appointments’ with your regular doctor if you call reception and is usually bulk billed.
Terms and Conditions.
- Please allow up to 4 days for this service. Your doctor may call you to complete the request (if your doctor is on leave or has opted out you will not be able to request this service – please call reception).
- ADHD medication repeat scripts require a face to face appointment. Please call reception on 43654999, or book appointment via Hotdoc.
- This service is currently only available for existing patients. Please request with your regular Doctor that has done this script previously. Script requests with other doctors in the practice can be booked by calling reception on 4365 4999.
- We can only provide repeat prescriptions. To obtain a repeat prescription, you must have obtained this prescription from your doctor previously.
- You may select more than one medication with each request.
- Repeat prescriptions for addictive medication including benzodiazepines and opiates are not provided using this service.
- Each prescription request is assessed by your doctor who will approve or decline the request on clinical grounds. If the request is declined, you will be advised to make an appointment.
- Requests will only be completed by your regular doctor at the clinic. In the event that your regular doctor is on leave, you are required to make an appointment at the clinic to obtain your prescription.
- Your GP may not be able to provide a repeat prescription if they have not seen you recently.
- A fee is charged for each request. This fee may vary based on urgency and delivery method. All applicable fees will be specified when completing the request.
- The fee associated with each request is payable when the request is submitted. If your request is declined, you will receive an automatic refund within several business days.
- Requests for repeat prescriptions may take several business days to be processed. Urgent requests will be completed by the specified processing time, however; this is subject to your regular doctor consulting on the day of receiving the request and having approved the request on clinical grounds
